Order Terms, Shipping & Returns Policies

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars and include 10% GST when shipping to an address in Australia. Reasonable care is taken to ensure the website content is up to date and accurate. However, Riveted Press reserves the right to change, alter, update, amend or delete content at any time. We also reserve the right to alter pricing or to advise you that pricing is incorrect prior to processing your order, should any inaccuracies be discovered. In this event, you will be given the opportunity to purchase the product at the correct price or to alter or cancel your order. Please note that if you place an order from outside Australia, your credit card company is likely to charge you in your own currency at the exchange rate they have specified at the time of placing your order. 

Making a Change to Your Order 

Once your order has been dispatched, no changes or cancellations can be accepted. If at any time we are unable to ship your order within 7 days from the date your order is placed, we will contact you and advise when the items you have ordered will be available. You can then choose to change or cancel your order for a full refund. 

Returns Policy 

If you receive an order that is incorrect, or contains an item that is damaged or faulty please email info@rivetedpress.com.au within 21 days of receiving the delivery. We may ask for photographs of the item and/or its packaging, and may also ask you to return the item to us. Please note that guarantees specified under Australian Consumer Law are not excluded from this policy. We do not allow returns for change of mind. IMPORTANT: If your purchase involves a subscription, please refer to Subscription Terms and Conditions for further information about your rights. 

Pre-orders are available for books that are not yet released, with the publication date specified in the product title and/or information. If you pre-order an item, it will generally be shipped approximately one week before the release date, depending when stock becomes available.  

Shipping 

ll orders will be despatched within 7 days of the order date. They will usually be sent via Australia Post, although we may use a courier service at our discretion. Actual shipping times will depend on the relevant post or courier service and your location. If you need your order urgently, please ensure you notify us at the time of placing your order (via comments on the order itself, or by immediately emailing info@rivetedpress.com.au) and we will do our best to ensure it reaches you on time. However, we are unable to take responsibility for the actions or inactions of Australia Post and/or courier companies that impact when your goods arrive. 

Errors in Delivery Information If you have made an error in your delivery information, please advise us urgently by emailing info@rivetedpress.com.au. If your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to correct the address and no refunds will be issued. If your order is then returned to us by the postal or courier service, a $20 charge will apply to have that order send back out to your correct address. If we make an error in your delivery information that results in the parcel going missing, we will be responsible to replace your order at our expense. 

Payment Timing and Methods For all online orders, payment is taken at the time the order is placed. We accept Paypal, VISA and Mastercard, utilising reputable, secure online payment processing services such as Stripe. 

International Orders (shipped to an address outside Australia) Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties and other taxes, depending on the importation rules for the country of delivery. These costs must be paid by the recipient in order to receive the parcel. Should these charges remain unpaid and the parcel be returned, all relevant costs will be charged to the person who placed the order and no refunds will be issued.
